I was doing good applying the information all week but lost my 'present' state of mind yesterday. I was caught off guard by someone being rude and gave someone a small dose of ether. Felt like a failure afterward.
If I was more conscious/aware, I would have brushed it off.

I think that's why I stopped after one chapter. I had some stuff going on and it began blocking me really taking it in.

Just got back from the motherland and i'm feeling sick as hell.
Noticed that on Friday when i had layover in asia, i was already starting to get sick... but assumed it was just a code.
When i landed in Seattle by Saturday, my body was started to react adversely to sitting in the plane for 10 hours with all those allergens and recycled air in the cabin of whatever travelers carry in their lungs - i most likely contracted or worsened what i already had.
Now, 2 days later and i can't go back to work as i now have flu like symptoms (nausea, headaches, excessive mucous buildup, nonstop coughing), but to make matters worser... seems like my respiratory flu has come equipped with the stomach flu as well (the chocolate squirts got me on tummy ache mode).
While i had a great trip visiting family and friends, the aftermath when i return usually turns me away from internationale travel.
This may be the last time i get a passport stamp for many many years because i don't have the tolerance to leave North America and ingest the food and waters adequately and safely (mind you, i took all the safety precaution; brought antibiotics, stayed away from vegetables and ice, only consumed water from factory-packaged bottles, etc.).
But when you're more than 1000 miles away from the domicile, nothing is guaranteed, shawtay.
Somebody once told me that your wealth is in your health.
What's a billion dollars if you don't have the immunity to spend it?
Having an active/demanding lifestyle and not being able to commit to it and enjoy it... makes you appreciate being healthy.
