It might be time to start talking about the Steelers moving on from Mike Tomlin

I'm pretty sure if the Steelers finish sub .500, they'll fire Tomlin(who has been to two SBs, won 1 and has never had a losing season).

I guarantee the white boy they bring in to replace Tomlin will not have half his success.

Steelers won't fire him, especially not after the tremendous success they've had. He's not lost nearly the amount of home playoff games Cowher did. Cowher also missed the playoffs three straight seasons. Tomlin has not ever done that.
