Pretty much the same scenario with Brian Billick and the Ravens. Remember when the Ravens went 13-3 in 06, then the very next year the team just fell apart, went 5-11 or something and the players gave up on Brian Billick and they fired him. If the Steelers don't turn it around and have a similar season there's no reason they should be forced to keep Tomlin. New direction is just what you need sometime. Antonio Brown been lowkey punking the coaches in public for a while now, so who knows what been going on in that locker room

Steelers won't fire him, especially not after the tremendous success they've had. He's not lost nearly the amount of home playoff games Cowher did. Cowher also missed the playoffs three straight seasons. Tomlin has not ever done that.
