Always? Wasn't we are the streets full of hard shyt?

Yes but I think he's talking mostly their solo shyt afterwards (I could be wrong), mostly Jadakiss, who while being one of the best to ever touch a microhpone never could quite make a dope album to save his life. It was always the party joint, the girl joint, the weed joint, the introspective joint, the posse joint, the down south joint, etc. I always felt like Kiss was trying to please too many ears. I thought Sheek and Styles made better solos.

But I fukk with the Lox forever, and even if they drop ehh material I will always be a fan.

after hearing it i think yall were harsh. faded didnt need a hook and the last song was :camby:

tho after analyzing the content and title i could imagine a "3 kings" just like that but sung by bounty killer over a hard ass bassline provided by vinnie idol

the lox dont need alchemist, primo, etc. they need the same nikkaz who did all the years worth of d-block mixtapes. we need supa mario on the beat and all that

no features, no singing (please)

that would be a classic, hand down.

either that or they need to incorporate that stash of dame grease beats he has from 1999. i mean they could even do it with ice pick jay, shok and swizz and all that. a dmx verse would compliment both these.

oh yeah no more singing please.

Of course they don't NEED Preemo and Preem ain't exactly at his best in 2013 but would a Lox album not benefit from one joint? Recognize is probably the best group cut in We Are The Streets. Non of Ya'll Better is the best group joint on any of their original 3 solo albums too. So people saying "Hey Preem and the Lox would be cool" aren't way out of pocket. I'm not disagreeing with you though. I don't think Alchemist ever did anything for them as a trio, but he has great work with all of them as solo artists, especially Styles.

Supa Mario and Lox are dope together though.

shyts all fun & games on the site, and you don't know me personally, so I won't fault you for that. But the shyt I been through ain't no joking matter, and it's hard to even laugh about the shyt even though I know you ain't mean nothin by it. But on some G shyt, if we were face to face, I'd smack the shyt out you right now, then sit you down and teach you exactly why you should appreciate and thank me for that shyt.

Salute. And Float was better than Hardest MC & Diamond Life to me, that's why I ain't mention it.

Kiss has fire though. That's why I never understood it. Just make a dope album and people will rock with it. I swear people over think it. Jada had great songs on his first 2 albums. He just happened to have some trash songs right beside them too.

That Jada verse on that Khaled joint is too much…dude is as nice as he ever was, if not nicer….More mature, more polished, observant and older perspective….He needs to do a whole album/tape on that kind of content...

I remember in '96 when they had those mixtapes floatin' around NYC. Their chemistry was untouchable back then.

I understood what they tried to do on We Are The Streets, and I dug the album a lot, but they lost a little some of what made them so dope before, in trying so hard to distance themselves from what people said about them being with Puff. And while they made some questionable stuff on that first album, they were still at their best as a group while they were on Bad Boy. The album just didn't show that.

I still fukk with Styles' first album all the time, but that's kinda the only solo that I can listen to from them, where I'm rollin' with the majority of the album. I always said that this is one group that shouldn't have branched out into solo work. And recently, they've kinda just been average, and this is comin' from a diehard LOX fan. They just lost it after awhile. But they couldn't be seen from '96-'00 though.

if the Lox had any sense they would hit up Havoc, Alchemist, Justice League, Cardiak....and some other low key producers like Jahlil Beats, Doe Pesci,

Enlist them nikkas...maybe Premo if necessary and drop a small 10-12 track album. An album that contains nothing but quality. The LOX isnt going to sell100K first week but i guarantee you that fans would get behind an album promoted to be genuine Lox and cop that shyt. Stop trying to appeal to the new gen too even. The last generation of lox fans is my age. We graduating from university now...fukk them youngins

3 alc beats, 2 hav beats. 2 cardiak, 2 swizz beats. and then a couple from whererver...cheap jawns if necessary.

a feature from 4 of lloyd banks, rick ross, prodigy and raekwon or some shyt.

that is the kind of album lox fans want and it probably wouldnt even cost much cause the nikkas are all tight. the most expensive part of that album would be the ross verse
