It really does. It was one of the first albums that came to mind in that thread from earlier this month about making a 10 track version of an album to make it better. The Massacre gets overlooked cause of the club songs but that shyt is a really good - great album
It got some of 50s best songs and some of the decades best songs on it

nah gotta disagree with this one, this song itself takes the cake over The Massacre. that album was a little too commercial for my taste. plus the intro was a good way to start off the album
I would have to go back and give an honest listen to each project, but I most definitely feel you.
GRODT was the album that made 50 a megastar, but I do remember enjoying his mixtapes prior to the album and the Massacre just as much.
The energy behind 50's (G-Unit) pre-GRODT run will probably never be felt again.
Them nikkas could do no wrong..

when I finally found a version of it without Kay Slay screaming throughout the song, and ironically it was on Kay Slay's album. See, that's in my top 5 most underrated Just Blaze joints, and it's the first time Nas ever rapped on a beat by Just Blaze.
That was a pretty big moment if you were a production nerd that wanted to hear Nas on Jay's go-to producers, or Jay on Nas and Mobb's go-to producers.
Power of The Dollar>>>>> both of them

The Massacre is >>>> a LOT of albums that dropped in the '00s.
Only thing that ever hurt that album is the fact that it came on the heels of GRODT.
