Thinking about this and I think everyone should have that alone time to themselves where they get center. Don't know if I would call that meditation per se , but yeah I'm feeling this thread. Props

For people that prefer assistance or a guided meditation, check out the Insight Timer app. Anyone can share what they create... it's like Etsy but for Meditation and free.

They also break things up by topic and I usually save the best meditations on Resilience and Equanimity since that's what I'm working on now. All of their main topics are here.

I've been doing a little bit of meditating lately but I need to get consistent with it. I want to start doing it at least twice a day. Gotta learn how to not get restless when I don't move for a while and do a better job of controlling my thoughts while meditating. Even though I haven't been consistent with it I do feel it has helped me a bit with dealing some of the stress in my life.

Got back into meditation.. this shyt is goat. Helps the scatterbrain, mutes the unnecessary thoughts and the important thoughts get amplified.

Reading The Master Key System and the Loch Kelly book together.


honestly though, I think just deep breaths when you catch yourself not breathing deep help the cognitive

Also, go to bed on time brehs. I still wake up tired, but my memory is :whoo: now.

After years of going to bed at 1-6 for like half my life I feel like a new person
