This is like saying the Nuggets and Mavericks drafted Jokic and Brunson in the 40s so you shouldn’t trade second round picks .

But yeah Orlando should just hold Paolo and Franz back in hopes they hit the 1% odds of drafting a borderline all-star guard who won’t reach that level for 3-4 years.

They're scoring more but it looks like that's just a function of them playing at a faster pace than last year.

What is shocking is how badly their defense nosedived. They built a team that's designed to win games 97-89 and they're consistently trying to play in the 110 range, not gonna work
