Can’t strike anyone out and is allowing a 43% Hard Hit rate.
He could maybe be a useful bullpen guy.
Or a 5th starter for a bad team in a pitchers park.
But he will need to sign for dirt cheap.
Send that motherfukker to San Diego

Nah can't even blame that, it's not like doc or straw where the argument could be made the NYC lifestyle got to them. Though in docs case it probably had more to do with the absurd amount of innings he threw at such a young age. Harvey got dealt with thorasic outlet syndrome, it's a freak injury and has an incredibly poor track record of pitchers making back. Harvey is an a$$hole but he got dealt a fukking horrible hand with that injury, If we're playing poker her got dealt a 3 and one of those 20% off bed bath and beyond coupons you get in the mail type bad.
A lot of those guys been hurt since '15.Breh the Mets has one of if not the best pitching cores in the league in 15.. They could have packaged him, Matz, fat ass Bartolo, degrom, Familia etc.. and got some really good players.. Mets had the assets, thy sat on their asses granted they made the World Series but still
A lot of those guys been hurt since '15.
So instead of trading for Cespedes in 15' and trying to win they should have traded away all the young talent for older or even younger talent? That’s what I’m saying those dudes back then had value lol

Can their loss be traced back to Harvey begging to get back in the game and Collins appeasing him?I wish the Mets would’ve won that title in 2015...for the sake of all parties involved at the time (Harvey, deGrom, Wright, Terry Collins, Cespedes, Murphy, etc.). The second half of that year and the playoffs was some magical shyt.
Fukkin Royals and their forgettable title.![]()

OK when? And with the thought of doing what? Making the Mets a more hitting than pitching team? Getting younger? Getting the best player in the game? It's like your saying just trading him would have been right cause he sucks now. No one had a crystal ball man.Nah not saying that but clearly they had the pieces to get some real heavy hitters... Harvey should have been the first to get traded
But you can't trace continuing to pitch to his TOS. So really it is what it is no knows what he could have or should have done to stay healthy or if he could have e do e anything. Its crazy how people were getting on this guy for not playing a couple years back
Now looks like his career is ruined and never got that free agency money
I don’t think so. Mets were just outmatched by that bullpen, defense and clutch hits IMO.Can their loss be traced back to Harvey begging to get back in the game and Collins appeasing him?
