First Jim Jones is lyrical and now this.....You were doing good till u went the "really good rapper" route...Quik always been mediocre on the mic.
Exactly, you can hear the difference in the 1st version of wanksta that came out on “no mercy, no fear”, and the album cut in 8 mile soundtrack/GRODTThat maybe but Dre still cleaned this album.
The mixing is immaculate.
Dre's mixing is over a good majority of this album.

And I didnt say Quik was bad I said he is mediocre.....Really good rapper would be Drake or Kendrick. There's a reason Star said in the 96 Source magazine that Quik and Eiht should just squash their beef because no one cares about their wack lyrics anyway. Now ask yourself...why would the source allow that to ride in 96 if there wasn't some truth to it?

But the mixing and mastering of it still sounds clean.
And it's definitely not an album I listen from start to finish, just a few songs every now and then.
