You think Walking Lunges is easy? No, that's an exercise SATAN created as a form of torture!!!!!
You think overhead press is easy after 30lbs on each side?
Squats, Deadlifts, Box Squats, Reverse Lunges, reverse grip curls(uncomfortable), etc....
Nothing is absolute, it all depends on the exercise not the tool.
