Yall done tore all the bottom of ya shoes w/me!!!
The person judging everybody else instead of just doing your thing and peacing out......... do work........ fukk all else
I do both, and believe me....runners are a much rarer breed. Folks don't like to run. Anybody can lay on their back and do reps.I disagree. I think it’s way more challenging to increase the amount of weight you can lift than to get your wind up
I always sweatNo it’s not
If you not sweating you aren’t working out.
Also, cardio is much more challenging than everything you mentioned. Everything
If they're actually lifting serious weight i don't give a fukk.At my gym there's this loud ass weirdo that's CONSTANTLY throwing punches and grunting and shyt.
And in general them loud ass attention whores get on my nerves. Yelling the songs they're listening to, walking back and forth to every machine like they own the place
I'm a beast when it comes to lifting. No shade at all. Just stating it's not very hard in comparison to running multiple miles or a high speed intervals.Women who aren't in shape but have obvious BBL's doing squats, hip thrusts, etc
People bouncing medicine balls.
People doing heavy deadlifts on the section of the floor that's not padded.
Do you even lift?
Cardio isn't building muscle so why the shade on lifting? They're two different goals.
If they're doing heavy weight with good form, I don't care. I got more smoke for people who barely lift and are on the machines.No...the most annoying people in the gym are dudes grunting, squealing, screaming, and slamming 40lb barbells like they're in the gold medal round of the clean and jerk at the Olympics. Loud and annoying for no damn reason.

I'm a beast when it comes to lifting
you a grown ass man over here bothered about the chick on the treadmill and what she told the chick on the stairclimber last week about you
Breh…I used the 40lb example for a reason. The dudes putting up numbers have to grunt and yell to eek out a rep. I’ve been there and have zero smoke for them.If they're doing heavy weight with good form, I don't care. I got more smoke for people who barely lift and are on the machines.
Part of working out is people pushing themselves hard. I have noise cancelling headphones on so I don't really hear shyt. And its like i've seen it, but I don't really pay attention to shyt but myself when I workout.![]()
I agree most people don’t like to run. But with any form of cardio it’s something you can do almost every day without putting too much stress on the body. You can’t lift heavy like that. For instance you shouldn’t be be doing heavy squats with the same frequency that you run. You’ll injure yourselfI do both, and believe me....runners are a much rarer breed. Folks don't like to run. Anybody can lay on their back and do reps.
When it comes to hitting that pavement and putting in that road work, most choose not to.
Only strong brehs can relate![]()
What if you’re doing heavy weight low reps. Resting between sets is a reality
