Like it or not a great number of our people attend those churches and they have been herding voters for the Democrats for decades with no specific demands for black folks.

Imagine the leverage we will be able to exert once these churches are in alignment with the ADOS Black Agenda.

Is ADOS an organization or grassroots movement? I don’t like charlatans

Simmons College is the only organizing body that facilities ados work like the conference.

Everything else is grassroots, independent and disconnected from Yvette and Antonio.

This should have been made clear to newcomers but a lot of this was accelerated by the MSNBC slander and Yvette and Tone had catching up to do with the agenda.

The plan was always to do local *non-partisan* politics and other ppl took that initiative.

We're not getting tangibles by being apolitical.

Simmons College was founded by Baptist churches, I wonder if those churches support faith based initiatives and other conservative talking points, and who is funding who. If they’ve been partnered via Simmons College, it’s not grassroots because that explains a lot of the fuel behind the movement

Duke does as well courtesy of Dr Sandy Darrity. I believe his research is done there.

Tariq did wrong. But that don't mean he is wrong. I'm just sayin. :hubie:
This. Exactly. But I know the bias on this site these past few days. That's why I'm going to refrain from going in, on what I really want to speak my mind about right now, bc theNational Convention of Church "alignment" seems concerning in reference to potential conflict of interests and political slanting. I'm going to let DeAntre Blanchard say it
