Nikkas sounding like smarky peckerwoods talking about good:scust:

It's fukked up what's happening/going to happen. Unfortunately, it was inevitable as the moratorium couldn't last forever.

People better take note of that extra $300 in unemployment as that shyt isn't going to be renewed also.

:heh: Which is why I don't have any sympathy for a lot of them if they didn't pay their rent

Jobs all over the country.. But these same people rather not work for $16hr because the CEO made 1 billion dollar last year..
However, they spent their stimulus money making the same people they hate RICHER..

And for the irresponsible mfers, im not talking about people who did the right thing and still may lose they home.. Im talking about the idiots who jagged all that money on dumb shyt..

He's gonna lose his apartment and live with his girl. shyt is just weird man, i wish i was able to get money like that

People think it’s their right to just squat and occupy someone else’s place on their dime. Absolute loser mentality

People should have known that the moratorium was going to expire at some point. Turns out, the federal courts did it months in advance.

I got the first stimulus last June, way later than everyone I know, didn't get the 2nd and third one(got direct deposit) or my tax return even though I filed the day the IRS accepted.

Had to get transferred to bum ass S.Dakota although I live in Houston, so as not to get evicted and be able to pay all my bills.Shyt is fukked but too many people didn't wanna work but times is rough. This was bound to happen:yeshrug:
People gotta swallow their pride and find work

I just went through hell with my wife's old rowhome in Philly that we had been renting:francis:
tenant was already not paying the rent before the pandemic and should have been out of there for months but its illegal to just throw a tenant out (most of the cases on Judge Judy, etc are about illegal evictions)
the pandemic hit at the right time for her because you got to take them to court and pay out the ass in court fees but since everyone put a freeze on the evictions the court case has been delayed for over a year
one day last summer we just showed up with a locksmith and she called the cops and they said we couldn't change the locks but that scared her enough for her to secretly move out of there a few months later (we notice no water was being used)
so i broke in and changed the locks, same day her drugged out cousin came in asking for his clothes and boots and I was like here you go, get out:camby: he was still living in the basement:childplease:
old tenant left a whole garage of clothes and pics that we either threw out or donated:manny:
Its a sellers market because this place needs alot of work and we put it up for sale AS-IS because I was not going to put anymore money into it :martin:
but we still sold it for profit:win:

Its not just lower class/poor folks taking advantage of the no eviction moratorium, rich folks were doing to same thing. There's a bunch of folks in the Hamptons that haven't been paying rent/mortgage on those big houses out there also.
