The NBA should rig the lottery

I think we can all agree to it : the league should just rig the lottery in favor of big markets or succesful franchises and punishes those who have been garbage all around and have horrible managements.

Wiggins / Embiid / Parker on the Lakers

Wiggins / Embiid / Parker on the Bucks / Cavs / Jazz / Garbage franchise

Nobody wants to see Joel the gawd rotting with the Bucks, everybody wants to see him turn into the next great center for LA

Shiiiiiit, it's one of the best ideas. How many years do bum ass small town/mid major city teams gotta horde all the young new talent? Hardly any of them are gonna be competitive either cuz their FO sucks or cuz they couldn't build the culture SA/OKC/POR did to be successful in smaller markets.

All the old money and dynasty club franchises should have Top 3 picks:

1. Your GOAT franchise Boss Angeles Lakers
2. celtics
3. Bulls
4. Who gives a fukk?

I read somewhere that Milwaukee could be relocated in 2017, would be a good look to move them to Seattle, Milwaukee is irrelevant for basketball.

the only reason they are still in milwaukee is because of herb kohl
but they need a new arena , i don't even think the bucks matter in milwaukee, marquette basketball is more popular than them. Marquette actually sells out the same damn arena that milwaukee plays in, can only say that about like two other nba cities indiana and memphis.
