tbh, it's always kinda wild when I see this site hate on Kai. He's not speed, jidion, etc. He's not giving out n word passes. He's not c00ning on camera. He's been very vocal about him only being attracted to black women. He's admitted he wouldn't be a good platform for Kamala because of how unaware he is and how that impact things.
Kai is genuinely a lowkey black GOAT. If he takes that Kevin Hart connection forwards.

But I will say it's cool that he bought his boys with him to the event. Those are all dudes who were making videos with him before he blew up.
NBA does their engagement better than any other pro sports league and it helps when many of your athletes are on the same page with how they connect with the fans.
And the contrast of glaring.
MLB basically begged Mike Trout to promote himself and let them market him and he wasn’t with it. Now he’s washed and an afterthought and this dude was briefly the face of the league — that they went out of their way to push.
Meanwhile some NBA players connect with their fans on social media and are upfront about how much they love playing video games. These kids eat that shīt up so of course a streamer — who is closer to them than an NBA player is — will be popular.
And the smart streamers know how to make it appear that they live “regular”. 95% of the time you see Kai in the same room (that’s a set) and looks like a version of a room these kids live in. His is just an exaggerated Pee Wee’s Playhouse for a streamer.
