Bulls would have won multiple chips if Reggie Miller replaced MJ. They had some scrub named Pete Myers, a rookie, and Steve Kerr replace him and still won 55 and damn near made the ECF. The next year they lost Hoarce Grant and Cartwright and were still top 5 in net rating.

Lebron left Cleveland and they were the worst team in the league, Jordan retires and the Bulls are contenders.
Replace LeBron with Joe Johnson and the Heatles go 3-1 in chips instead of 2-2. Bron is the coulda woulda shoulda goat.

The Bulls were better than good with MJ, they were a dynasty.

They lost horace grant and i think bill Cartwright retired
That would mean that losing Horace Grant had more of an impact than losing MJ? Thats what you're going with? :mjlol:

The Bulls had a system. Pippen, who had similar skills to MJ, replaced MJ in that system. Then Kukoc, who had similar skills to Pippen, replaced Pippen in that role. Every Bron team you're referring to has a bunch of 3 and D players that need someone to get them the ball.

But even with that said, the Heat were the 3rd seed again 2 years after Bron left.

I'll ask again. Are you saying the bulls lost more losing Horace Grant than they losing MJ?

Yeah, the Bulls really missed Grant’s interior defense in 94-95. They went 55-27 in the 93-94 regular season. In 94-95, they were barely .500 when MJ came back.

Even though Kukoc was an effective and versatile player, he wasn’t going to provide much interior defense, and this showed a lot in the Orlando series. Grant had a great series for Orlando, too.

I don’t worry think Orlando would have won the next year in the 96’ ECF even if he was healthy. Orlando would have made a better series of it, but Chicago was too good.

Not having a player at the 4 spot like Grant/Rodman hurt the team more than MJ not being fully prepared due to baseball. It’s not like he can guard the post, and he was the best player in the game for a couple years before their first title anyway. The team just wasn’t good enough. Same thing would’ve happened in 95’ even if MJ were 100%

It's true. you can't have a trash frontline and win Ain't AD and lebron always crying about a real center eventhough AD is an elite level PF/C?? nd LeBronze is yall so callled gates, but they can't win because they don't have a center. Does that make Javale mcGee, Dwight Howard better than Bronze and AD?

93-94 was the Bulls still riding that MJ residual effect, they still believed in the dynasty. By 94-95 the shyt wore off
