None. The rap industry is rebounding from the non-lyrical era that dominated for so long. Plus the general public is tired of Hip Hop and rather have white faces make music that black folk created.

This is more about who in the industry can be clever enough to appeal to the masses beyond music. Who can get close to the right ppl and capitalize. Clothing, liquor, energy drinks, pro sports teams, etc. Nothing to do with ppl being tired of hip hop.

I know y'all aren't going to agree but Low key I think it will be Tyler The Creator. Has his own label has his own clothing line has a band signed makes beats videos and all that. His money is in a lot of places and he has a strong following.

Tyler is a very off the wall character. I enjoy him as a tv personality more than anything else. He's a cut-up. I can see him having a jackass/punked/snl level type tv show. He is very creative and artistic...he has mogul potential for sure.

First there was Russell Simmons, then Diddy, then Jay-Z, who's next to reach mogul status??
I'd say 50 or Kanye but they both are loose canons and are constantly putting their foot in their mouths. Weezy has trukfit and ymcmb...hes a possibility but its hard to envision a guy with tattoos on his face and has a history of drug induced seizures rubbing elbows with corporate America. Drake has the image and although he started out acting I dont see him branching out into other arenas like fashion. Who am I forgetting?

Lol, yeah...very clever with the Ggg-unit thing and idk know about all that butt-f*ckin stuff but I agree that 50 wouldn't be able to handle himself around fellow execs. He likes to call folks out and blow things out of proportion. Dudes a loose canon, he'll f*ck up a deal before pen hits paper. He's smart but he is his own worst enemy.

What have any of these ppl done to even hint that they will be able to branch out beyond music to reach mogul status. They have longevityin the music game but thats about it. Anything is possible but they are bringing up the rear in this race. In my.opinion.. If you know different, educate me please.
