That quote proved that your idea of race comes from a social construct not from actual facts or biology.
So what is European then? According to you its not a race or a nationality, but there are plenty of different ethnicities in Europe so it can't be an ethnicity. So what is European?

What your explaining isn't race. It's nationality/ethnicity. Race is strictly a social construct regarding a persons appearance. Some black people are just as not likely to have sickle cell as white people. Race puts everybody in an imaginary box and does nothing but confuse things.
