In fact telling twitter how to control their speech policies is a first amendment violation.

Its only a potential violation of free speech if Congress or any other legislative body, enacts a law that prohibits
social media sites from publishing criticism.

The first amendment is not an absolute law. There are ways to silence people especially if deemed harmful to the general public. No one has the right to say anything they want on public platforms

A lot of people were cheering on this tech censorship because it was 'the other party', but ignored the fact that the gun could easily be turned on them.
