My Coli Brethen! Summer is Officially Here! 
I know alot of ours motivation has been getting right for the summer. I figured we should have a thread that provided status updates and additional motivation and tips for us to get right for the summer season!
I havent quite reached my ultimate, goal as its ever changing but im down 30lbs since the top of the year and 70 lbs the last year and a half. All while adding muscle to my frame. Happy with the results, but never satisfied.
Started the year 6'2" 260lbs, weight is fluctuating 230 to 235 right now.
Eliminated bread, soda, liquor and milk from my diet over the last 4 months or so. Has really seemed to help in regards toning my shape up.
My goal for year end is 205/210lbs. Trying to acheive a physique like the Game. Right now im looking like Melo
lol but coming from 305lbs in 2013, I cant be mad at that progress.

. I still remember the day I got on the scale and it said 197 pounds, it was at that moment that I knew I had to re-evaluate my life. I gave up the fattening snack food and cut down on all the red meat and made a conscious effort to eat more chicken, fish, fruits, and veggies. It's worked wonders, I'm down to 179 pounds now without losing any strength.
