Real G's move in silence
I can't act like I didn't want Barnes to declare last year. It'd be a good environment for him too because he'd be the 2nd option on Day 1 and Kyrie would get him the ball wherever he wants it.
For Lillard, thats a nice video and all ...Still not seeing why you'd take him over Marshall....when you have a sure fire distributor to make Davis look even better!...
Lillard can also score. Okafor /Davis/Ariza/Gordon/Marshall = you have one option on that team that score.
As for the Cavs, Kyrie gave them the luxury to not have to star chase, but they don't have to go the safe route at the moment. You go with a safer pick when you're closer to competing or when you have too many projects.

Barnes, Beal, or Drummond fits their needs the most and Barnes is the safest pick between the three, IMO. Don't see how that could be a dumb move.![]()
though i think that has more to do with playing D,Boheim didnt ruin Melo but Melo was one of the few top players in the country he gotIt's dumb because they took a non-impact player last year at 4, building a "safe" team is cool and all, but that ain't gonna be a winner long term.
If they want him so bad, trade the 4 & 24 for the 6 & 11.
