Yeah with exum I really just don't know...I saw damn Ennis play more time than exum and that was only 2 times.

His hoop summit game is where he got started. He cooked one of the harrison twins and was more impressive than Wiggins in that game. He played damn good against Spain in the U19 tournament last year. That footage is on youtube. I think he's going to be good but I can't recall a prospect like this since the NBA started the one and done rule.

I want the Wolves to end up with James Young. The team has needs at all positions but I think wing players make or break teams. We have to get offensive production out of them and they need to defend. I like him over Stauskas on defense. Stauskas is better offensively now but I think Young can finish and if his shot improves, he'll be a starter in the league for a long time.
What do you think Young's ceiling is?

@Malta @tremonthustler1 feel free to answer this too...Im really starting to like dude :ohhh:....I think we end up with Payne though.

I've seen what I could on YouTube but these dudes make me nervous...I trust dudes like Saric to produce however.

In fact I'll go out on a limb and say Saric will end up being a better pro than Exum.

I'm torn on Young. Athletic, and we know he can perform on the big stage, but he doesn't do shyt else, so you have to bank on this guy figuring it out by the end of his rookie deal a la Demar DeRozan. I think guys like Hairston can contribute right away. Gary Harris has all bases covered but I doubt he falls to 13. Payne, uh, his shortness of breath concerns me. He has more heart than what he can physically contribute. Now Payne is someone I still like, but further down in the draft.

and Spencer Dinwiddie is still someone I'd try to acquire late in the first (or trade our 3 #2's to get him). If there was a big worth drafting, I'd wait entirely til round 2 to grab Dinwiddie.

Instead I'd rather draft a SG at 13 (and that's key, a legit SG. Muhammad should be the 3 )long term and draft Patric Young in round 2.

Hairston is one of 4 guys the team will work out (the others are Hood, McDaniels and another guy I have no clue of yet).

I don't know to be honest, he didn't really get to handle the ball enough for me to determine whether he's got a handle or not. When it comes to wings I look at their ceilings and it's directly related to can they dribble or not, he has the physical tools and jumper, but without a handle he'd be limited.

Not tryna call you out cause you obviously watch more ball than me but how come I see you biggin up Wiggins all the time but than have this position towards wings and ball handling? You seem pretty high on Wiggins but he has shown that his dribble is extremely suspect and it's the main reason why I don't think he'll do anything close to what people expect in the L.

Young cant dribble i watched him closely all year and while he was great in the tourney he did nothing before that

Id take Stauskas over him at least he has an eltie nba skill [shooting] and is a beter playmaker/ball handler then young at least and is deadly on pick n rolls which is a must in the nba
