Naw Frank Herron (c/o 2013) from Memphis was the last guy we got from that area. JaCoby's dad played football at Louisiana-Monroe and both sides of the family is from South Louisiana. Dude just wants to play for his "home squad". The vols wasn't in his top 5
UT never recruits well in Memphis. Butch has gotten better but they just don't like us in Memphis lol.

Salute to him if he knocked off Sabans daughter

Stevens chose the Tigers over in-state Tennessee as well as Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, Notre Dame, Ohio State and other schools.
He is an ultra-athletic junior prospect who could play either side of the ball at the next level. As a sophomore, Stevens totaled 279 receiving yards on 19 receptions and added 50 tackles, including five for loss, on defense.
LSU is off to a great start with its 2017 class. Stevens becomes the second ESPN Junior 300 commitment for the Tigers, joining defensive tackle and ESPN No. 4 Tyler Shelvin.
Les Miles' team currently has 18 commits for 2016, including 12 ranked in the ESPN 300, and is second in ESPN's latest class rankings.
It's sad because he was a probable 1st rounder in 2017.

Ugo Amadi, Oregon Ducks, Cornerback
WE was suppose to get this 5 star from TN too but we just fired the DL coach, and didn't sign Orgeron yet. So he signed with TN.
Kyle Phillips, Tennessee Volunteers, Strong-Side Defensive End
