Top 4 SHOULD Be

Clemson

Iowa (you see how easy it is to lose a game. Winning games are just so hard esp in conference play. You can lose by the slimmest of margins so being undefeated has to mean something)

Bama (best 1 loss team IMO)

Sooners (winner of Bedlam pretty much secures their spot in the playoff as Big 12 Champs)

Who will be the final 4
Clemson
Bama
Michigan State
OU

Notre Dame has to pretty much go undefeated or have multiple 2 loss conf champs to get in if they lose 1 game.

ND beats stanford they're in 100%

it comes down to a potential 1 loss B12 champ vs a 1 loss B10 champ

if it comes down to OU and MSU, who get's in?

ya know what I don't get

we are all fans of college football, and watch at least a DECENT amount of college football

think of all the heartbreaking, last second, wtf, can't believe it, on the road, night game type losses teams experience.

think of all the HOT teams that inexplicably lose games by field goals to randoms

Think of all the teams who "should've been" if not for injury

think of all the teams who "were going to" but got suspended or something

think of all the teams whos' talent was usurped by bad coaching

How the hell are people not respecting 11-0 teams.

there are MANY...MANY COLLEGE FOOTBALL TEAMS AT ALL LEVELS who have NEVER won 11 games in a single season period. Let alone 11 in a row.

How can you not respect clemson and iowa on that level? Getting READY TO PLAY FOOTBALL and execute enough to win 11 times in a row is achievement enough to garner respect, to discount them, and say teams that DIDN'T DO THAT, and DID fall victim to the above things.

To say "team x hasn't played anyone so their 11 straight wins aren't good" is really some total bullshyt. If you are in one of the legit conferences and win 11 in a row, you're a top team period to me. if they lose then that changes but winning football games is such a thin margin of error, you're foolish to discount teams that run the table, if they're in a major conference.

You're being sensational.

Clemson has been number 1 since the committee released its ranking.

You can't say you watched football this year and think Iowa is one of the 4 best teams in the nation and YES Ole Miss at home would be the best team Iowa has played all year.

OU > MSU.

There's some revisionist history going on with this MSU. they have looked very pedestrian all year and got away with playing an "easy" schedule as well.

The only reason they won Saturday is because someone had to. MSU coaches were just as inept as Urban Meyer

It would be a shame if they pick MSU considering they really loss to Michigan and they looked shaky against weak opponents. OU has dominated everyone Since the Texas loss excluding Baylor and TCU which is understandable those are two good teams. Like I said I think OU is the best team in the country really what seperates them from Bama?

As a Tennessee fan who has played both Oklahoma and Alabama, I can tell you Bama is better. Their defense is all-time great. I think Oklahoma is the second best team in the country but the gap is huge.

Unless Bama has another Ole Miss type game where they give the other team 6 turnovers, they're not losing. Oklahoma's only chance would be of Mayfield has a Manziel type performance. And even then, I think Bama is too good.

Bama's 2011 defense was all time great, this one is not. Spread em and you can get em

Disagree. You can't spread them out anymore cause they have corners playing safety now. Guys like Eddie Jackson use to be corners. They're also generating their best pass rush ever. Already got the most sacks of the Saban era with 2-4 games left to go.

This defense has potentially 4 1st round picks in the 2016 draft in their front 7 (A'shawn Robinson, Jarran Reed, Jonathan Allen, and Reggie Ragland). That's all-time special. Even the 2011 squad can't say that.

Ole Miss and Texas A&M showed they can be scored on if your spread offense is good enough
