:ohhh: Breh having a rim protector behind anyone makes your defense better...I could be a sieve but if they get past me and run into Tyson Chandler I'm not as bad because of that Rim Protector....A Rim Protector always improves the overall team defense of the others around him unless they are just horrible.....

Every year guys like Devin Booker get taken wasn't John Jenkins a recent guy like that great shooter not good at much else?
If you can't understand how a shotblocker helps a perimeter defender then you lost

Will both of y'all answer these questions for me?

It what way does D Howard make Beverley a better defender?

In what way does Duncan make Kawhi a better defender?

Who makes Kidd Gilchrist a better defender?

Who made Ron Artest a great defender behind him?

How does Gasol make Tony Allen a great defender?

Who made D wade a great defender? Who?

Either you're a good perimeter defender or not. Period. No big man behind anyone will make them a better defender.

If Howard made Harden a better defender last year they might've made the WCF last year.

You know why they didn't?

Because Howard nor any shot blocker will make any perimeter player a better defender

:russ: Ok Breh. Your organization has been worst than ours the past 20 years. Y'all not doing shyt. No draft picks next year no money overrated Carmelo. No Coach lol come on breh. Why you hating on Philly?
Because I hate you nikkas for having the third pick. You're gonna waste it anyway. Next year, you'll be right back with the 3rd pick in the draft, swearing that this time is the last time

And no rings is no rings. Neither Philly, or New GOAT City have basketball rings in the last 20. :manny:

Los Angeles
so lakers contemplating Russell cuz Okafor got locked up by a scrub

Gabe Olaseni was flown to Los Angeles for one of his 12 pre-NBA Draft workouts with the Lakers.

He didn't find out that morning just how impactful this one-hour session would be.

Olaseni, the Big Ten Conference's Sixth Man of the Year, found out the Lakers brought him in Friday to go one-on-one against who could be the NBA's first or second man picked: Duke 7-footer Jahlil Okafor.

"I just relished the challenge. I definitely brought my 'A' game," said Olaseni, who averaged 8.1 points and 4.8 rebounds per game for Iowa last season. "And they were really appreciative of the intensity I showed going against him."

Word has it that Olaseni held his own and then some Friday.

Harden was a better defender last year....the point is having the rim protector increases the overall team defense more so than "just" having a good wing defender...

No way in hell they take either. At least with Hezonja/Porzingas/Mudiay you can kind of sell it to your fans. Those two no way in hell.
Yeah, those are the worst 'smokescreens' ever

They need to take BPA and keep it moving, no trading down, nothing. Just take either Mudiay or Mario and then try to go after LMA hard

So we just gonna act like Noel wasn't the #1 pick in 2013 if not for injury, Embiid wasn't the #1 pick if not for injury :mjlol: Quiet down nikka

We are going to act like that, they weren't drafted #1 were they? Red flags right?

Your franchise rests on the body of a 21 year old with thin blood who couldn't deal with the rigors of a college basketball season, playing meaningful minutes in an 82 game season against fully developed men.

You nikkas are already dead in the water and don't even know it. Y'all were rebuilding when the Lakers traded you Bynum, how do they already have two future all stars and in position to draft another before you nikkas have one?

Let me know when those "assets" turn into results.

:francis: I have a hard time believing Okafor got locked up by whoever that nikka is. This makes me think it's all a smokescreen even more.

The Sixers were one game away from the ECF the year they traded for Bynum :dahell:

The reason they even started the rebuild was because of how the Bynum trade ended up being a complete disaster
