Kids didn't remember Alabama being good either in 2007 when Saban was hired.

Jon Gruden would kill at Tennessee. The instate talent is now close to elite. Facilities are elite. Stadium is elite. Money is elite.

Tennessee in 2017 is in far better position than Alabama in 2006 before they hired Saban.

Gruden doesn't want back in coaching... But like I said the right coach could do something. Saban will be gone in a few years. That'll make it easier for you all. Not having to worry about that every single year.
