As if y’all havent gotten tired of these stats:

Since Malzahn’s arrival, Alabama has clamped the fukk out of Auburn offended without the/a full time starting QB in (2011, 2015, 2016). With the full time starter in, they had two incredible second halves of offenses (2010, 2013) and led over Bama before their QBs pulled out some pretty memorable comebacks (2009, 2014)

Only importance of this post was how easy it is to clamp an Auburn offense without a competent QB here. I gotta give Stidham some props for not getting hurt, being a steady hand, and managing the offense. It’s insane how often that doesn’t happen here

He was done after that UCLA game to start the season. :francis:

They’ll learn soon how stupid that is. Sumlin was a flawed coach but he hasn’t found THAT QB since Manziel. Hill was solid but he has proved even @ TCU how you can shake his confidence. IDK what happened to Kyle Allen, Kyler Murray wasn’t gonna ever work w these SEC defenses hitting him. Kellen Mond was a high school god though, it’s pretty insane to see how inaccurate he was this year. None of the issues A&M has would be solved by a Fisher though. Fisher can’t use these spread QBs for shyt and we’ve already seen how an offense works with him and game manager (at best) QBs.
