Once again, I will direct you to the 2015 class rankings. Now tell me, how many of these guys in the top 50 do you want on your team? Rivals.com
By my count, only 16 of the players in the Rivals top 50 from 2015 have developed into good/great college football players. Even if you are more lenient than I am, you can't find more than 25 names out of these top 50 that have actually contributed big time to their programs. Now think of all the players who are lower than the top 50 that have developed into SUPERSTARS. Sam Darnold, Lamar Jackson, Saquon Barkley, Ronald Jones II, Antonio Callaway, Nyquan Murray, Auden Tate, Arden Key, Connor Williams, etc. I mean the overwhelming majority of the very best players from the 2015 class that will get drafted high in the 1st round next year were not considered top 50 when the recruiting rankings came out.
All I'm saying is we shouldn't believe the hype on the individual player rankings. I fell for that in 2015 when Tennessee signed a whole bunch of highly rated guys that mostly have failed to live up to the hype. While lightly regarded 3-stars have come in and made huge impacts.

I understand there's player who are men among boys like Julio, but for the most part these ranking and star rating are trash theres no real measurables of who's slightly better than the other when they dont even play one another nor play the same level of competition
