who's overrated on this list?

From the top down, I think USC is a bit overrated. Darnold is gonna have huge expectations this yr.

2nd, I think Washington is a bit overhyped b/c they lost possibly their 2 best players on both sides of the ball. But playing in the P12 may mask a little bit of that
