Just rewatched game 1 last year...man they gave Jeremy every chance to take the game, be the hero, etc and etc. I love the man but the game of football is just too much for him dude should've stuck to hooping for the jump

They imposed their style of play granted, but it's literally a situation where a top 10 RB in the nation touched the ball twice. They just ran Fournette into the ground. Not to mention they didn't have the same level of ball management that Etling brings. For as mediocre as Daniel is, Harris is even worse. It's not a situation where Wisconsin was supremely better offensively, the YPC/A were about the same passing and rushing. Wisconsin just dominated the TOP. That's a direct sign of one QB being able to manage drives far better.

It isn't to say that Wisconsin couldn't win if they replayed by game 12, but LSU got SUBSTANTIALLY better by that point (or at least figured out their roster by that point). The LSU game ended up being Wisconsin's most impressive W (unless you consider fukking Nebraska or Western Michigan better than LSU ). I just say this to say that LSU's improvement has me believe they're at least 3 points better than where they were.
