I think Lane vouching for Coach O to get the LSU job had a lot to do with Saban being done with him.

I don't believe this. Why Saban be afraid of Coach O? I think it has more to do with him spending more time job hunting than preparing his offense. (But he should have known that Lane has no loyalty. I'm glad dude didn't come here.)
