He'll have better talent for one. He's a pretty good Defensive coach. Butch Jones never really accomplished anything. I think Schiano is an upgrade and the best Tenn will get. Nobody seems like they want to go there. I've heard that they want to pick your staff and where you recruit. Not sure if that is true, but I don't understand why this isn't a top job.

He'll also have much stiffer competition.

Butch Jones accomplished more than Schiano did in the Big East.

No way can this be considered an upgrade. Its a lateral move.

Schiano's not a great hire but Jones was always a fraud.
