In this case I don't think it's a bad idea. Keeps like 90 % of the staff. Plus Cristobal was an HC before. I never heard of Oregon being an HC before while at USC.

Plus recruiting stage is here. I'm not sure who in come in last minute and recruit. The coach pool is weak right now
