Don't get how so many people have the Sixers taking Monk over Jackson

In a league like the NBA unless you're on on the verge of contention always take bpa over need

Jackson is such a superior player to Monk u take him and figure it out later

Exactly you take Jackson and sign shooters with all of that cap space you have...Or make a trade you have a shyt ton of assets.

Jackson is a fit for them he is a 2 way player and can slide in at any position between the 2-4 at times...He's a dog all the way his jumper is shaky but his percentages weren't bad he's clearly a top 3 talent and an argument could be made as for him being a top 2 talent....You don't pass on a guy like that because of fit...

Now playing the devils advocate if the Suns/Kings want to make a trade for him and select Monk/Fox for the 76ers and add an additional asset I would trade it.

Jackson on the Sixers makes absolutely no sense.

JJ is not "clearly" a top 3 talent in this draft. If the shooting or PnR playmaking does not translate then you have a horrific fit next to Simmons.

My issue with the fit there is that if you only use him as an off ball slasher/cutter and spot up jump shooter. You're wasting his gifts. I don't want him camped in the corner while Ben has the ball majority of the time. I'd like to see him get an opportunity to handle and potentially develop into a secondary handler.

im all in on the Bulls blowing it up at the draft(dont undersell though just to do it), love Jimmy but need to be real about the situation

im guessing the Celtics stay the course though, they are in such a great position regardless how they proceed

would Philly or Phoenix make a compelling Jimmy trade though? thoughts?

I don't know if he'd go there but Philly has a sh1tload of assets to give you in terms of young players and future picks

And for them they'd be able to keep enough of a core to surround Butler that it makes sense for them.

It's a perfect match for both teams just not sure if he wants to go there
