Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
I agree about Sexton.

The thing is we will have to wait and see how they feel about trading down. Because right now there is no way in hell I'd take Sexton or Duval top 5 next year.

Taking Monk at 3 wouldn't be as much of a reach as the two next year would.

I get the thought process of taking Fox three, if he learns how to shoot then he's a better player than Monk for them because he'd also have the ability to get into the middle which is something their team is going to need. It's just a gamble to hope he can turn into a respectable three point shooter.

Is it really a reach when it fits a need? Like the Cavs reached on Thompson a few years ago and he's their C, while not spectacular he proved his worth. If they take Tatum/Jackson/Isaac this year, and then draft Sexton at the 4 next year is it that bad when you consider everything they already have on their team.

That's my problem with Fox in Philly. If those are the reasons why you want to draft him then go with DSJ.

And no it's not too much of a reach in the case of Monk, but as things currently stand I couldn't defend a team for taking Sexton or Duval top 5 next year.

While it's not my draft philosophy, I am fine with teams going BPA. But it does worry me a little with Philly, look at Okafor and what they got for Noel.

Fultz is the guy they really need. I wanted to see him and Monk together in Philly.

They can't take the risk with Dennis, they have drafted more than enough guys with health problems that drafting a guy who tore his ACL is unacceptable. They will never get that by the fanbase, no matter how good he could be.

I don't think the fan base will go crazy over that. The only one who seems like a risk every time he plays is JoJo.

To be fair, DSJ is healthy now and played a large amount of minutes all season with no indication that health will be a big issue going forward. There isn't as much cause for concern, but it is always in the back of everyone's minds I suppose.

Philly drafted Noel and Embiid despite the fact they already knew they would miss significant time due to existing injuries.

I feel like I want a different player every day for my squad. Starting to get cold feet about Josh and this team. I think Issac is the safe bet...he's beta as fukk but he's got specialist tools. Get Issac and sign Jrue and let's get to the playoffs.

Nah, if someone tears their ACL in HS there's always room for concern because it could happen again. That's not something I'd take lightly, especially not for a team in Philly's position.

Hinkie drafted them breh, there's talk that the Sixers will make a run for Otto Porter too. Those guys were drafted because Philly was tanking while the Colangelo's and ownership clearly wants to make the playoffs next year.

There's definitely cause for concern, but I'm just saying it's not like they know ahead of time that DSJ is going to be out for the year. I don't think the fans would be too upset over that pick. He's definitely more NBA ready if they're looking to make the playoffs this year, while Fox is the furthest away from being ready out of all the top prospects (besides Isaac who is looking like he's at least two, probably three years away).

I'm not going to act like Monk's defense won't cause problems either, but that's a much easier issue to fix than Fox's jumper.

and he also fills an actual need even if Ben is going to initiate nothing wrong with having a secondary initiation especially a guy like Smith Jr who can score from the 3 areas and also seems to have a decent 3ball and can also play the pnr a bit on top of elite athleticism.

There is a lot to consider and it just depends on what skills they're prioritizing more. If they want a secondary initiator then they should probably go with Ntilikina because he can do that while being able to play off-ball better than all of the other guards (except for Fultz). His defense also rivals that of Fox but you're losing out on the athleticism that is present with Fox/DSJ/Monk etc.
