You have to send one team to the East because regardless those squads would be in the championship game. At least in a regular year Wisconsin is good and Penn State would have to deal with them and Iowa and those two would have to deal with Penn State. You can’t break up Michigan and it’s rivalries with MSU and Ohio State. What would you rather have a BIG title game that is Penn State - OSU or Penn State - Michigan or Iowa versus whoever?

Rooting for Penn State to win. They still have to go to OSU and play Michigan. Iowa has a free runway from here until the championship game.

That's not true. People outside of the B1G have been looking for a team to take the B1G away from Ohio State for a long time (just like OU & the Big XII).

Both Iowa and PSU is looking like they're ready to take the next step. I don't have a horse in this race, but Iowa generally plays sound football so I've always figured they would be the one to put OSU off the set. PSU has been close too, but I thought he took a big step back a few seasons ago and wasn't gonna recover, but he has proven me wrong!

If Nebraska was quality then you'd have more of a fight in the west half of the conference. Iowa, Wisconsin, Nebraska... Then throw in a cross conference game
