Tigers have a five year contract on the table for Bregman. No idea what the actual dollar amount is though.

The cubs “interest” is exaggerated

They’ll only entertain bregman on a bellinger type contract. And if they hypothetically sign him it’ll cost 2 draft picks and a million in ifa dough. Matt Shaw is a top 20 prospect in all of mlb who plays 3b why would they do that? Tigers or Red Sox (Astros too now )like I’ve been saying

Absolutely love the energy of these games. When Camionero hit that HR and was styling aroiund the bases, I was thinking of how many MLB gringos would be in their feelings like Brian McCann.

The baseball Hall of Fame gets a lot of criticism for keeping guys out.

Next year it looks like Carlos Beltran might get elected. And I don't see why he is deserving.

He was never great. A good player, sure.
Longevity? Yeah ok.

But hall of famer seems outrageous to me.
An .837 career OPS?
A meh defender?

This is one instance where I think people are just looking at his WAR value and thinking "well, 70 WAR is in line with other HOFers"

You keep Bonds and Clemens but this guy could be elected? It's a bad joke.
