You can watch Rays games this upcoming season without cable or going to those Streameast type of sites..... they lifted blackout rules for the Rays in the Tampa Bay area. IDK what other teams in the league has this setup. If you live in the Tampa area and have the MLB extra innings package, you can watch Rays games and there's no blackout.
