They need to call this Western Kentucky versus Southern Mississippi bowl game the body bag game, just about every other play somebody laid out on the field.
I would really love to know the injury toll count of this game. I know there's been at least three concussions in this game.

These bowl games been ehhhh

I feel like I could've done a "TheColi.com Bowl" with @Whips-n-Chains bum ass team vs @Rigby. bum ass team and done more numbers than this :ld:

For halftime we'd have @smitty22 in one of these

Im calling that Buckeye chick who ghosted @DropTopDoc like you know what to do :shaq:. Them motherfukkers gonna right back in their scUM team thread fighting each other again about why they can’t get a top coach after the Sebring scandal goes down :lolbron:

Nah I’m past her, she’s married now my guy, but the school students and admin would be like when tf did so many lightskin girls start working in the football building

He low key is, but MFers want a name that makes a splash. Better to learn from PSU and not hold up the show waiting. It's not 2001 where a coach needs one of 10-12 jobs to win big. Cignetti has IU as the #1 team in the nation.
He’s a great recruiter and admin, idk about coach

Fair...but Cignetti aside, coaches are turning down "bigger" & "better" jobs to stay put. 10 years ago, someone from ASU wouldn't be saying "nah I'm good" to michigan, someone at BYU isn't saying no to psu, etc. Those jobs are more headaches than they're worth in 2026 if you're already with a program willing to spend.

Bama didn't get their first choice when Saban left. shyt, Kentucky basketball is the "best job in CBB" and they got turned down by Hurley, and even the dude from Baylor wasn't interested. Pope was like their 4th or 5th option. Leaving UK to go to arkansas pre-NIL/pre-portal would be absurd.

Kiffin is an anomaly b/c the grass is always greener for him. He'd bounce from LSU for bama next year if that job becomes open.

Dilly was never offered he just used the opportunity to increase his coaches salary

Byu was a hair away from happening, but he never wanted to leave for psu, and they put the money together to show him he should stay

I do think more coaches are opting for stability, over checks, but also because of the money schools aren’t just taking anyone either

I'd have liked MSU to play Auburn in a "we don't deserve a bowl but here we are" game. Extra practices, can see what the new coaching staffs are about.

MSU and Auburn have only played once, back in 1937... @DropTopDoc was in attendance

lol the examples he uses are all coaches who are at their alma mater where they have deep ties via family/friends which gives lesser schools a fighting chance.
