At the end of January. After the season is over except for the championship game. There's a window before semesters start to get your applications in for spring. You're talking about the way cfb is set up not being fair to lane and finishing what he started. What is fair? Starting the season in early August so coaches can leave freely with no repercussions? No, he wants to go to another place to coach, so you don't get to finish the season with your first team.
