I could be swayed to pick either one.
Ichiro would have dwarfed Gwynn in hits if he'd been an American player and gotten here at age 21 or whatever. He also probably would have had 600 or 700 steals.
But I also feel Gwynn could have hit for a heck of a lot more power if he wanted to, which might have put him in a lot more MVP conversations.
It's a flip of a coin. If I were the GM, I'd probably take Ichiro, but tomorrow I could change my mind.

Call up the Athletics and see what they want for Mason Miller to start. Then hope the Cardinals fall by the wayside and get Helsley.
