MLB gotta do a better job of marketing their stars. I know this has been a problem for a long time but someone gotta figure something out. There is a lot of good young talent in baseball right now.

I think they're doing a better job. Teams are getting their international guys more comfortable speaking English (Elly's a huge example of this. He went from not knowing a lick of English to now doing full interviews in English). The bigger stars get highlighted. The best teams get showcased. The players who wanna get that shine have the full lane to get it. Last night FOX had Ken Rosenthal talking to everyone imaginable during the game to get their name out there.


This ASG was one of the better one in terms of how the event was collectively-- even the end of the game itself which I hated but has been a major talking point today.

You don't have to play everyone and last night nobody was overused

Even if Skubal and Skenes pitched a 2nd inning, 1. we've seen it before: nobody gets hurt and 2. these guys throw more on their throw days.

Skubal threw 19 pitches. Skenes threw 14. Even 30-35 is not that much given that they're not even going back out there Friday.
