No reason to hate but all anybody’s talking about rn besides Ohtani’s game is the lockout coming after Dodgers wash M’s/Jays

Yankees fans concerned about storylines now. I got a story, it’s how about the Yankees have fallen so far from the Evil Empire times that players are picking the fukking Mets over them. Can’t figure out what’s more attention grabbing, Yankees poor defense in that world series or Judge accepting them offering a pay cut to his face and staying.

You don’t get it, just can’t understand the Dodgers, cool. You and Yankees aren’t about to get a whole bunch of shyt these next few decades

Here comes the Dodgers buying championship talks especially from people who even watch baseball all like that

If you are a owner like the dodgers, George Steinbrenner and few others, you spend money on the right players to put in places

Kiki hernandez, Teo has been with other teams and nobody cared for them and we picked them up. Max muncy played for the A’s for one year and came to the dodgers.. all these players came before 2019

Ohtani was dying with the Angels without any help with all their injuries

And as good scouts, management do like the dodgers they go after the best

If the dodgers wouldn’t won last year or say they went out this year everyone would be Dodgers spent all that money for nothing

Save that shyt for a team like the Mets

As a Mets fan I hope we can do what the Dodgers do one day

Baseball still has more parity than any other sport but when a big market wins a few in a row then all of a sudden the system is broken.

Im not even totally against a cap I don’t care either way and I get you wanting a cap if you’re a small market team but here’s the reality of the situation. The players will NEVER agree to a cap so either deal with it or stop watching baseball because it’s never gonna happen

After that they were tapped out then got SMOKED. Lowest team ops in championship league history 4 games 4 runs . Frauds ain’t shyt but regular season juggernauts like the Braves & rays

As good as Ohtani is, I really cannot give a shyt.

He's a great player but these Dodgers are boring and have zero personality.
There's no reason for anyone to watch this team or fall in love with this team or really even hate this team.

They may very well win their 3rd World Series in six years but how are they a dynasty when there's nothing interesting or exciting about them? There's no story to tell here.

When you had the Core 4 Yankees, that was a team to watch.
The 90s Braves with their starting rotation was a juggernaut and you had narratives around that -- even if they didn't win multiple titles.
Even the self-proclaimed Idiot Red Sox were interesting.

If you're a Dodgers fan you're thrilled.
But I don't care. And it's not jealousy or spiteful thing. Teams I'm not a fan of in other sports have been very interesting and attention-grabbing. The Golden State Warriors, the LOB Seahawks...whatever. I'm just saying.

I don't think these Ohtani Dodgers will leave any mark 10 years from now.
