Only way I see him taking the role is if Naija gets bounced in the SFs.

Tunisia has a WC appearance but let’s be honest, those dudes arent going to do ANYTHING at the WC; we saw it this AFCON. Tunisia qualifies for tournaments but can’t bust a grape when they get there. He’d essentially be taking the job just to coach this WC.

If he wins with Naija, there’s the ‘27 and ‘28 AFCONs to look forward to with this squad and by 2028, WCQ would have started. To add, outside of Morocco, CIV and Senegal, Nigeria has the deepest NT pool.

Would he rather manage the likes of Osimhen, Lookman, Iwobi, Onyedika or the likes of Mahmoud, Mejbri and Talbi….

Not all things are about money (granted NFF is paying his salary). He has a bigger platform with the SE.
Sabri Lamouchi just announced as Tunisia's new manager so that story lasted less than 24 hours :pachaha:
