Press him and he folds.I saw Colin Johnson was looking good yesterday too.

He was in a trash s&c program for like 3 years so maybe he has the potential to get stronger.

Lol he has to scramble a lot b/c his OL is garbage. They didn't do a good job blocking for Fournette either, he only had 3 rushing TD's. Everything starts with that OL and run game for them and since that wasn't working Minshew didn't have much of a chance. And he was a rookie getting thrown in to the fire, you have to expect he will get better.Minshew doesnt stay in the pocket anyway dude has happy feet in the pocket
We already paid for top guys on the line like norwell, the line is what it is, and I dont even see it as a problem, Minshew gets sacked because he doesnt get rid of the ball fast enough and he doesnt see the middle of the field. He hits the panic button too early and gets sacked for his trouble.

Minshew had over 3,600 total yards and 21 TD's to only 6 INT's in not a full season. I think everyone would take that from their rookie QB, it's not like he's a finished product. The Jags could use a better TE, back up RB, some quicker WR's so Minshew can get the ball out earlier and the playcalling definitely did him no favors either. And he didn't do a bad job scrambling for the most part but he will learn to just get the ball out to his check down more and that's all you want. Brady and Brees don't hold the ball forever they are getting it out to their 1st read or dropping it down on most plays.Thats not true, Minshew doesnt read the defense and get the ball out, he looks for the first read and goes into scramble/panic mode if he doesnt like it and thats why he gets sacked. Also our playcalling is trash thats why fournette doesnt have any TDs. He has pretty solid season rushing yards but we're a very predictable team offensively and we have problems scoring as a result.
All we need on offense is a good tight end. Offensive line is fine, our offense is literally going to be garbage if we dont change QBs anyway so its fine, keep working on the defense. Theres a reason why you dont really ever look at teams like the Pats year after year and say their O line is trash and others you always say their line is trash and thats because of the QB. QBs gotta help their line and vice versa.
It's borderline gay how these CACS fawn over this mediocre QBBut bu bu Minshew Mania
I was trying to tell folks round here he wasnt what he was hyped up to be.
Fell for a redneck with a mustache but thats what folks round these parts want
NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reported Thursday that clubs were informed recently they'll be granted 45 18-minute formal interviews at the Combine, rather than the standard 60 15-minute interviews, per sources informed of the situation.
The change drops the total time teams are with players from 900 total minutes to 810. The adjustment is related to schedule changes that move on-field drills to primetime this year.
For the casual fan, this change means zilch. For teams, however, it's a big modification. They might get three extra minutes to prod 45 players, but they'll have to do leg work on the 15 missing candidates another time.
The adjustment makes interviews with prospects at this week's Senior Bowl that much more important to clubs as they attempt to uncover hidden gems in the middle-to-late rounds of the draft who will become keys to the future of their teams.
Flash reps: Jalen Hurts, Oklahoma
It was definitely an up-and-down day forJalen Hurts, but there were moments where he had much-improved ball placement from Tuesday’s practice. His deep ball accuracy is still erratic and inconsistent, but he did find a lot of success in the seven-on-seven period and team drills with throws in the short to intermediate game. Hurts isn’t a natural pocket passer, which is why we have seen him struggle the past two days, but he continues to show flashes of how in the right system he could be a productive option.
