I think Avengers was called Avengers Assemble overseas so I doubt they roll with that but I like your logic behind that.

I think they don't even have to consult Fox for RR do they? Still Annihilation is a huge stand alone story that could be told over multiple movies. Doing it in one movie would be a disservice.
