There was talk of them releasing the two in the same year and they were going to call the movies part 1 & 2.

Well it’s not called infinity wars 2 anymore, just “untitled avengers 4”. But the 2 movies that come between, cap marvel is set in the 90s and ant man and the wasp looks like its set right after civil war. So it’s probably still a part 1 and part 2 situation just not called that.

The Infinity Stones are and has always been separate constructs fam... the gauntlet was meant to house the stones and focus their powers...

Thanos more likely built it for that very reason or someone older did. @Ironman @MartyMcFly would know more of where the gauntlet came from.

I have the comics from back when they first dropped and I honestly have no clue what its about or cared. It was cool seeing all the characters in those books tho.
