Tricky timeline but are you talking about the first arm he had? If I remember correctly WS was in 2014. Civil War was in 2016 when he lost it and chilled in Wakanda for 2 years and has his vibranum arm now in IW.

I don't think you can base the timeline on our chronological time.

I think it's it been confirmed IW takes place about 3 years after CW.

IW is 2 years after CW. Bucky been in wakanda for 2 years. CW was 2016 and now IW is 2018

Bruce left in space since the end of ultron.. that was 2015 ... he been hulk for 2 years until 2017 in thor...

the end of thor with them going in the ship and then thanos is not a week. they been in the ship for awhile before Thaons shows up ... then everthing takes place in a day
