I've always hip fired with the right grip you'll get a kill at about 10ft and closer every time, unless you get heat shotted or some shyt.

It works like kracked said up to about 10 feet, then its probably better to aim. You get the idea of when to use it and when not to after a hundred kills or so. If i go into a room, i use it. If im in a staircase i use it. if i turn a corner and an enemy is RIGHT THERE, i use it. If i have multiple targets right in front of me, i use it.

Well friend, battlefield calls it hip firing. The stat that says hip fire on the weapon. Thats what thats for. More connecting bullets inside the hip fire sight which looks like a cross. The smaller the cross, the better the hip fire.

Thats why the sr2 is such a monster, it puts all the bullets in a tight space so you know the enemy is getting ALL that, friend.
