They only nerfed it once and basically they reduced the range and added more recoil this was months ago. We've already adjusted to the changes he probably hasn't used it in awhile.

On a USB stick you gotta make a folder SHAREfactory then a folder in there called Music then put the mp3 in the Music folder. Put the USB in ps4 on da SHAREfactory edit video screen hit square and add music hit x anywhere on da timeline and you can add it
